Beautiful Rise

From here I can see the haze, from here where it's colder.
And from here it's easy to make you out,
Tenderly replacing the stars that are vanishing.
It's the sunrise, from here, where I stand.
And it's the calling back of another sunrise. An earlier one,
Back when I still could see you alive, and looking bightly at me.
Here I will stand, to testemony the best sunrise I've ever seen...

Beautiful rise, beautiful rise,
Are you coming, bring my friend,
Get up, marry the moon,
Fill the sky, we've got plenty of room.

Stars are gone, no more stars today
Or just a little one,
Pity it's too far away...

Distance is halfway to oblivion,
And the sun will wrap me up in words I'll sleep with.
I wonder if it can even get to you, true color of my eyes;
They are black, dark in white, and still fastened on my mind.
Moments passed nowhere, so lost in time,
Real moments of gold that were never meant to end.
And whatever's true can be cruel too...
